CONSULTING CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION:  Representing HMC Architects in the new construction of two story, eleven classroom elementary school building on existing Anne Darling campus in San Jose, CA.  Construction cost: $6 million.
CONSULTING PROJECT MANAGEMENT:  Representing HMC Architects in the new construction of Locker/Shower/PE office building on existing Britton Middle School campus in Morgan Hill, CA. 
Construction cost: $4 million.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT/DESIGN:  Principal management/design architect representing SkyBox Lounge in the interior remodel of 10,000 sq ft, sports bar/lounge upgrade to the 2nd floor of an existing unreinforced masonry structure in  Emeryville, CA.
